For each order you pay Supplio:
- the wholesale cost of the products;
- a fulfilment fee; and
- shipping to your customer’s address.
GST is included in the payment where it applies. You can see the total before you pay.
Choose Review & pay on an order, or select several orders and pay for them together in one payment. While a payment is processing, those orders are locked and can’t be selected again until it completes or fails.
If a payment fails, the order shows Payment failed. Choose Retry fulfilment payment to try again.
What you pay us is separate from what your customer paid you, including what they paid for shipping.
