- Awaiting approval: paid. Approve the order for fulfilment.
- Paid — label approval needed: a product in the order doesn’t have an approved label yet.
- Payment failed: use Retry fulfilment payment.
In progress
- Calculating fulfilment cost: usually takes a few seconds.
- Payment in progress: your payment is being processed.
- Submitted to Supplio: approved and paid, waiting for the fulfilment partner.
- In fulfilment: being picked and packed.
- Shipped: on its way. Use Track shipment.
- Delivered: the carrier has delivered it.
Needs attention
- Needs Supplio review: we need to confirm something before you can pay. See why an order needs Supplio review.
- Issue: fulfilment failed. Contact us if you need help.
- Cancelled or Refunded: no further action is needed.
