If you designed your label elsewhere, open the product in My Products, go to its label panel and choose to upload an externally created label.
- The file must be a PDF of 10 MB or less.
- Start from the product’s template so the size, safe areas and product information are right. A Canva template link is shown where one is available.
- Keep the ingredients, supplement facts, directions and warnings exactly as they appear in the template.
- Your upload goes to Supplio for review, the same as a Label Maker design.
Because you supply the whole artwork with an upload, you’re responsible for making sure the product information on it matches the product. Using Label Maker avoids this, because the product information is locked in place.
