Upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing, choose a plan and billing period, and pay through our secure Stripe checkout.
Switch between Growth and Scale
Use Upgrade to Scale or Switch to Growth in Billing. A change that takes effect later shows as “Changing to … on [date]”.
Cancel
Choose Manage billing in Billing to open the billing portal, then cancel. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Starter.
After that, products you’ve published stay published, but new orders can’t be released for fulfilment until you subscribe again. Cancelling your plan doesn’t close your account. See deleting your account.
